Orders and Shipping

We Use Next Day services, with DPD and DHL. They deliver 98% of the items within 24 hours of us dispatching it. You will receive a text message providing you gave us the correct mobile number at checkout. 

Accounts are automatically created at checkout

At the checkout stage you will be asked for your card billing address and your shipping address. 

Once your order is picked and packed you will recieve a tracking number and a text message from the appropriate courier. You will be able to track your item on the couriers website DHL OR DPD

No Way! We do not store any card details all cards are processed via Strip Payment and you are diverted to their secure servers for the payment process. 

Boris has to pay the corona virus deficit somehow, so unfortuantely we all have to pay vat on all goods we buy. Apart from chocolate and Greggs Steak bakes apparently

We only ship within the United Kingdom, and occasionally to Northern Ireland. We No Longer Ship to Southern Ireland and we do not ship to any channel islands, Highland of Scotland or Scottish Isles.Sorry

The Simple answer is yes. .

As with all hot tubs, there is a cost involved to run. However, we have added lots of clever little tricks to our hot tubs to keep running costs down. This includes a dedicated circulation pump that runs a lower ampage than a main jet pump on low speed. 100mm insulated top cover, insulated cabinet and insulated floor and acrylic shell. In January 2015 the 4500 BWA series hot tub was tested January to March for 12 weeks in a customer garden, average costs were less than £10 per week with average use of 3 times a week.

Returns and Exchanges

Hot Tubs and Pools have very different returns policies, please  see the returns information listed on the product page of the pool or hot tub you purchased. This will also have been emailed you at time of sale. 

We would hope that our warehouse doesn’t make any mistake but if they have were only human and we will hold our hands up,  Please call us and send us a photograph of the item you have received so we can established how its happened to stop it happening again and we will collect the incorrect item and post to you the correct item

We can only accept damage claims on items posted within 48 hours of receipt. 

All Returned Items if unwanted should be mailed back to us at The Court Yard, Stoke Manor, Stoke On Tern, TF9 2DU Unopened and in resaleable condition

You need to call us before 1pm the day of dispatch as all orders leave our warehouse at 1pm. If you ordered after 1pm you will normally have untill 1pm the next working day. Please do not email you need to make phone contact we us urgently. Once the item leaves us we cannot change the address whilst its in transit. A little like a letter you cant change the address of that once you put it in the post box. 

Of Course, Please call us 0800 2545696 before we dispatch it and we will normally cancel down your order and refund it and allow you to re order the correct item. 

If we are 100% we are getting stock and its in our control and not a supplier we will make items available to pre order on the website. When we do this The Buy button will change to a Pre Order Button and an estimated arrival date will show above.
